Robert Lehrer has over 20 years of experience serving successful companies. He launched his own insurance and group benefits brokerage in 1986. His constant exposure to businesses of varying sizes in different industries combined with the challenges he faced growing his own businesses sparked his interest in PEO’s. He observed that the time and resources that his client companies spent on employee benefits was staggering. When Lehrer discovered in 2002 that there were companies that would take on the burden of employee administration and reduce the costs, liability and burden to the business owner, he concluded that this would be a valuable service to obtain for his group benefit clients. His clients’ response was so positive that he knew that he could build a profitable brokerage that shops for PEO’s for companies that want to outsource their employee administration.

Robert Lehrer received his B.A. degree from California State University Northridge. He has lived in the Los Angeles area since that time. He is an ardent photographer when he is not working. His other hobbies include working out, sports, music and reading. Lehrer lives with his son in the San Fernando Valley.
